A drill tool, comprising a drive source stored in a device body (2), a bit drive shaft (3) rotatingly driven by the drive source and projectedly installed forward of the device body (2), and a diamond bit (4) fitted to the tip of the bit drive shaft (3). Also, the drill tool comprises an excitation device part producing an excitation force acting on the bit drive shaft (3) in the axial direction and fluctuating in magnitude and an excitation moment acting on the bit drive shaft (3) in the rotating direction and fluctuating in magnitude.
