A drill bit nozzle (1) providing a through bore for the passage of drilling fluid through a drill bit. The nozzle (1) is made of a material or materials which can be drilled through by standard well bore drilling equipment. The material(s) are selected to provide a surface (5) to the through bore which has a relatively high resistance to erosion to withstand the abrasive and corrosive impact of jetted drilling fluid. Embodiments are described using a hard chrome/copper combination and a single rubber material.
La présente invention concerne une buse (1) de trépan présentant un alésage destiné au passage de fluide de forage à travers un trépan. Cette buse (1) est constituée d'un matériau ou de matériaux qui peuvent être forés par du matériel de forage de puits standard. Ce ou ces matériaux sont sélectionnés de façon à offrir une surface (5) au niveau de l'alésage qui possède une résistance à l'érosion relativement élevée pour résister à l'impact abrasif et corrosif du fluide de lançage. Dans des modes de réalisation de l'invention, on utilise une combinaison cuivre/chrome dur et un seul matériau caoutchouc.
