A drilling catheter assembly comprising: a hollow drilling needle adapted to serve as a catheter affixed to a first flange at its non-drilling end; a second flange adapted at one side thereof to engage said first flange and adapted at its opposite side to engage a rotating shaft; and said first flange with affixed drilling needle and said second flange held together in an assembled position by means an outer protection housing open at its end near said opposite side.

Ensemble de cathéter de perçage comprenant : une aiguille creuse de perçage adaptée pour servir de cathéter fixée à une première collerette à son extrémité non perceuse; une deuxième collerette adaptée à l'une des parois de l'ensemble pour engager la première collerette, et adaptée à la paroi opposée pour engager une tige rotative; la première collerette à laquelle l'aiguille de perçage est fixée et la deuxième collerette sont tenues ensemble dans une position assemblée au moyen d'un boîtier de protection extérieur ouvert à son extrémité près du côté opposé.
