A drilling fixture for woodworking mainly includes a movable jaw, an adjustment block screwed on a base opposite to the movable jaw, and two bit locating blocks adjustably located between the movable jaw and the adjustment block. The adjustment block is provided with a vertical through slot having a predetermined height. The two bit locating blocks are movably associated with a transverse shaft and symmetrically provided at a front side with horizontally spaced groove corresponding to a tongue provided along a rear upper edge of the adjustment block. By engaging a selected pair of grooves on the bit locating blocks with the tongue on the adjustment, block, and extending a bolt through the slot on the adjustment block into the shaft, the bit locating blocks could be conveniently adjusted in vertical and lateral directions to ensure good drilling quality in woodworking.
