A liquid supply tank for a drink dispenser includes a plug-in connector assembly including two major components, the first being located in the bottom portion of the tank and offset from one side of a central vertical axis thereof, the second being located in an adjacent portion of a supply tank support member. A switch actuator is located on the bottom portion of the tank and offset from the other side of the central vertical axis along with an electrical switch which is located adjacent the switch actuator on the support member and which is actuated by a tilting of the tank about a fulcrum point on the one side of the central vertical axis due to the weight of the liquid in the tank. The first component further includes a normally closed valve having a spring biased valve stem and bias spring located in a bottom wall of the tank and a downwardly projecting segment of a pipe surrounding the valve stem and the bias spring. The second component of the valve assembly further includes a pipe socket structure for receiving the valve and includes an internal domed shaped yoke which is operable to open the valve upon contact with the valve stem.
