DRIP CHAMBER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A drip chamber comprising, a housing defining a cham- ber to receive liquid, and an inlet opening in the housing to deposit drops of liquid in the chamber. The drip chamber has an outlet opening to permit passage of the liquid from the chamber, and a piezoelectric element located below the inlet opening to sense drops of liquid passing into the chamber.
