The invention relates to a drive drum (1, 21, 22, 24, 30, 41) for a belt conveyor that gearlessly drives a conveyed product (18). According to the invention: at least one motor (A, B, C) is located inside the drum shell (2, 17, 31), said motor being fixed to the drum shell (2,17, 31) by means of a motor frame (12, 36) on the shell and to a fixed drum shaft (8, 23) by means of a fixed motor frame (11, 35) on said shaft; the drum shell (2, 17, 31) is sealed on both sides by a base (4, 6, 33, 34) on the end face, said bases (4, 6, 33, 34) being provided with centric bearings (5, 7) that support the fixed drum shaft (8, 23); the two ends of the fixed drum shaft (8, 23) are mounted on shaft fixings (9, 10); at least one electric connection line (16, 27, 47), which extends inside or along the drum shaft (8, 23), runs between a winding (13, 37) of the motor (A, B, C) that is fixed to the fixed motor frame (11, 35) on the shaft and an electric energy supply; the motor(s) (A, B, C) has or have a cooling device for the winding (13, 37); and a coolant supply (25, 28) and a coolant drain (26, 29) of the cooling device and/or a coolant connection line (46) extend inside or along the drum shaft (8, 23).
L'invention concerne un tambour d'entraînement (1, 21, 22, 24, 30, 41) d'un transporteur à courroie servant à entraîner une courroie de transporteur (18) sans l'intermédiaire d'engrenages. Selon l'invention, au moins un moteur (A, B, C) est disposé dans l'enveloppe (2, 17, 31) du tambour, ce moteur étant fixé sur un arbre fixe (8, 23) du tambour par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre de moteur (12, 36) situé côté enveloppe sur l'enveloppe de tambour (2, 17, 31) ainsi que par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre de moteur (11, 35) fixe situé côté arbre. L'enveloppe de tambour (2, 17, 31) est fermée de chaque côté par un fond (4, 6, 33, 34) côté face. Ces fonds (4, 6, 33, 34) comportent des paliers (5, 7) disposés de manière centrée pour supporter l'arbre de tambour (8, 23) fixe. Les deux extrémités de l'axe de tambour (8, 23) fixe sont montées sur des fixations d'arbre (9, 10). Au moins une ligne de raccordement électrique (16, 27, 47) qui est guidée dans ou sur l'arbre de tambour (8, 23) s'étend entre un enroulement (13, 37) du moteur (A, B, C) qui est fixé sur le cadre de moteur (11, 35) fixe situé côté arbre, et une alimentation en énergie électrique. Le(s) moteur(s) (A, B, C) comporte(nt) un dispositif de refroidissement pour l'enroulement (13, 37). En outre, une alimentation en réfrigérant (25, 28) et une évacuation de réfrigérant (26, 29) du dispositif de refroidissement et/ou une conduite de liaison de réfrigérant (46) est/sont disposée(s) dans ou sur l'arbre de tambour (8, 23).
