In this escalator the step belt (4) consists of motor-driven steps (3) and free-running steps (3.1). A drive frame (15) connected with a step frame (13) serves as support for a drive unit of the motor-driven step (3), wherein the drive unit consists of a motor (17), a transmission and a brake (19). A friction wheel (20) which transmits the drive power to a travel track (21) is arranged at the transmission output, wherein a counter- pressure roller arranged in fixed position at the drive frame (15) laterally guides the step (3).
Sur cet escalier mécanique, la chaîne de marches (4) consiste en marches entraînées par moteur (3) et en marches libres (3.1). Un bâti d'entraînement (15) relié à un bâti de marches (13) sert de support pour un bloc d'entraînement des marches motorisées (3), le bloc d'entraînement se composant d'un moteur (17), d'une transmission et d'un frein (19). Une roue de friction (20) qui transmet la puissance d'entraînement à une voie de roulement (21) est placée sur l'arbre de sortie de la transmission, où un rouleau de contre-pression placé à une position fixe sur le bâti d'entraînement (15) sert de guide latéral pour les marches (13).
