Title of the Invention DRIVE MECHANISM Abstract of the Disclosure A drive for a ribbon cassette in a business machine has a shaft journaled in a bearing adjacent a drive wheel located within the cassette, with the shaft extending through a pulley around which is wrapped a driving cord, the cord being secured to the side frames of the machine. The pulley includes a one-way clutch therein to drive the shaft in the one direction required to operate the cassette ribbon during the printing cycle of operation.
