A driveline shield assembly includes first and second shield members substantially identical in form. Each shield member has a body comprising an elongated substantially solid surface and complementary fastening members mounted to the solid surface. The shield members are positionable adjacent each other so that the fastening members of the first and second shield members interlock with each other to secure the members into fixed relative positions to form a tubular shield about a drive shaft.
