Driving apparatus for a wave power device (1), in which a turbine (4) is placed in a substantially stationary open tubular element (2), the tubular element (2) extending through the water surface (6) into the water, and in which the amount of water flowing into and out of the tubular element (2) due to a varying wave height around the tubular element (2), has to pass the turbine (4); alternatively, the tubular element (2) being placed substantially horizontally below the water surface (6), a flow of water passing through it, the turbine (4) being connected to a supported turbine shaft (10), and the turbine shaft (10) being provided with a co-rotating eccentric part (16), the eccentric part (16) being surrounded by a freely rotatable eccentric bearing (18) connected to the eccentric part (16), and the eccentric bearing (18) forming the driving part of a fluid pump (22, 26, 28, 30, 32).
L~invention concerne un appareil moteur pour un dispositif à énergie marémotrice (1), dans lequel une turbine (4) est placée dans un élément tubulaire ouvert sensiblement stationnaire (2), ledit élément tubulaire (2) se prolongeant au travers de la surface d~eau (6) dans l~eau, et dans lequel la quantité d~eau entrant et sortant de l~élément tubulaire (2) par une variation de la hauteur des vagues autour de l~élément tubulaire (2), doit passer par la turbine (4) ; une autre option envisage que l~élément tubulaire (2) soit placé sensiblement à l~horizontale sous la surface de l~eau (6), qu~un courant d~eau le traverse, que la turbine (4) soit reliée à un arbre de turbine soutenu (10), et que l~arbre de turbine (10) soit doté d~une partie excentrique tournant avec celui-ci (16), que la partie excentrique (16) soit entourée par un palier excentrique pouvant tourner librement (18) et relié à la partie excentrique (16), et que le palier excentrique (18) forme la partie motrice d~une pompe à fluide (22, 26, 28, 30, 32).
