On the outside of the toilet seat tank wall, water forms. This water comes from the condensation of the air moisture. This moisture is higher when a person is taking a shower. It is also significant during food cooking. After flushing the toilet, new cold water coming from the underground fills the tank and cools its wall. The air moisture condenses on the outside of the tank wall and drops on the floor requiring a frequent mopping and sometimes damages the ground. Another quantity of moisture condenses on the outside of the bowl wall. In this invention the dropping of water on the floor is completely or mostly reduced by changing the design of the tank and the seat.
