A transdermal drug delivery device comprising an adhesive matrix, an effective amount of drospirenone, and an oligomeric adjuvant selected from an oligolactic acid, oligolactic acid derivatives, or mixtures thereof. Also, a transdermal drug delivery device comprising a backing film and an adhesive matrix which comprises an effective amount of drospirenone, a solubilizing agent, and a permeation enhancer selected from the group consisting of alkyl lactates, carboxylic acids, alkyl esters of fatty acids, and mixtures thereof.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration d'un médicament transdermique, ce dispositif comprenant une matrice adhésive, une quantité efficace de drospirénone et un adjuvant oligomère sélectionné parmi un acide oligolactique, des dérivés de l'acide oligolactique ou des mélanges de ceux-ci. Le dispositif d'administration du médicament transdermique comprend également un film support et une matrice adhésive comprenant une quantité efficace de drospirénone, un agent solubilisant et un renforceur de perméation sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant des lactates d'alkyle, des acides carboxyliques, des esters d'alkyle d'acides gras et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
