To produce an agent for improving drug adsorption by a mucous layer in the digestive tract, use is made of one or more members selected from among polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide and polyoxyethylene-polypropylene copolymer having 17 or more moles of single chain length ethylene oxide added per molecule. By applying such an agent to a drug having an activity against Helicobacter pylori, the pharmacological effect of the drug can be enhanced.

L'invention a pour objet de produire un agent qui permet d'améliorer l'absorption de produits pharmaceutiques par une muqueuse du tube digestif. A cet effet, on utilise un ou plusieurs éléments choisis parmi le polyéthylène glycol, le polyéthylène oxyde, et le copolymère polyoxyéthylène-polypropylène comprenant au moins 17 moles supplémentaires par molécule d'éthylène oxyde à une seule longueur de chaîne. L'adjonction d'un agent de ce type dans un produit pharmaceutique qui agit contre Helicobacter pylori, permet d'améliorer l'effet pharmacologique du produit pharmaceutique.
