A drug composition for ameliorating the symptoms attributed to tumor cells, comprising a compound represented by the general formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. General formula: (1) wherein R1 represents hydrogen or a C2-4 alkanoyl group; and R2 represents a group of any of the following formulae: (A) - (G) in which R3 represents a C1-4 alkyl group.
