An object is to fully suppress an unpleasant taste in the mouth which occurs when a drug with a strong unpleasant taste such as bitterness, astringency or the like is applied to an intrabuccally disintegrating preparation and to dissolve rapidly in the gastrointestinal tract. The object was achieved for the first time by the invention by adopting a configuration in which coating is carried out with a film of a water-soluble polymer, a specific proportion of a pH-independent water-insoluble polymer and hydroxypropyl cellulose.
