Cette invention concerne un système d'administration de médicament (DDS) pour administrer une substance pharmaceutiquement active (API) amphiphile, cationique et hydrosoluble, lequel système DDS comprend des nanoparticules faiblement hydrosolubles formées par la substance API conjointement avec un sel Na d'ester méthylique d'acide cystéique N-all- trans-retinoyl et/ou un sel Na d'ester méthylique d'acide cystéique N-13-cis-retinoyl.
