Drugs comprising a combination of triazaspiro[5,5]undecane derivatives represented by the following general formula (I): (I) wherein each symbol is as will be defined hereinafter; quaternary ammonium salts thereof, N-oxides of the same or nontoxic salts of the same with at least one cytochrome P450 isozyme 3A4 inhibitor and/or at least one P-glycoprotein inhibitor. The drugs comprising such a combination, wherein the bioavailability of the compounds represented by the general formula (I) is elevated, are efficaciously usable as oral preparations in treating various diseases.

L'invention concerne des médicaments comprenant une combinaison de dérivés de triazaspiro[5,5]undécane représentés par la formule générale suivante (I) dans laquelle chaque symbole est tel que défini ci-après, des sels d'ammonium quaternaire, des N-oxydes ou des sels non toxiques de ceux-ci, avec au moins un inhibiteur 3A4 d'isoenzyme P450 cytochrome et/ou au moins un inhibiteur de P-glycoprotéine. Les médicaments comprenant une telle combinaison, dans lesquels la biodisponibilité des composés représentés par la formule générale (I) est élevée, sont efficacement utilisés comme préparations orales dans le traitement de diverses maladies.
