The present invention relates to nitrooxyderivatives or salts thereof having the following general formula (I): R-NR1c -(K)k0-(B)b0-(C)c0-NO2 (I), wherein c0, b0 and k0 are 0 or 1; R is the radical of an analgesic drug for chronic pain, for instance neurophatic pain; R1c, is H or alkyl with from 1 to 5 carbon atoms; B is such that its precursor is selected from amino acids, hydroxy acids, polyalcohol, compounds; C is a bivalent radical containing an aliphatic, heterocyclic or aromatic radical.

La présente invention concerne des dérivés nitro et oxy ou des sels de ces derniers répondant à la formule générale (1) suivante : R-NR¿1c? -(K)¿k0?-(B)¿b0?-(C)¿c0?-NO¿2? (I), dans laquelle c0, b0 et k0 sont égaux à 0 ou à 1; R est le radical d'un médicament analgésique contre la douleur chronique, contre la douleur neuropathique par exemple; R¿1c? est H ou alkyle avec de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone; B est tel que son précurseur est choisi entre des acides aminés, des hydroxy-acides, un polyalcool, des composés ; C est un radical bivalent contenant un radical aliphatique, hétérocyclique ou aromatique.
