A home dry cleaning article is provided. Thus, a hydroentangled carrier sheet comprising mixed cellulosic, rayon, polyester and optional bicomponent fibers which is releasably impregnated with solvents such as butoxy propoxy propanol, 1,2-octanediol as a wetting agent, water and an emulsifier is prepared. The article is placed in a plastic bag with soiled garments and tumbled in a hot- air clothes dryer. The garments are cleaned and refreshed.

Article pour nettoyage à sec à usage domestique. A cet effet, on prépare une feuille support à enchevêtrement par jets d'eau, comprenant des fibres mélangées de cellulose, de rayonne, de polyester et, éventuellement, des fibres bicomposantes, qui est imprégnée, de façon à pouvoir les libérer, de solvants tels que du butoxy propoxy propanol, de 1,2-octanediol utilisé comme agent mouillant, d'eau et d'un émulsifiant. L'article est placé dans un sac en plastique avec des vêtements sales et agité dans un sèche-linge à air chaud. Les vêtements sont ainsi nettoyés et rafraîchis.
