The invention relates to a dry powder inhaler (10) with a main housing (14), with a capsule holder (26) for a capsule of dry powder, with at least one needle-like or blade-like opening means (40) that is movable relative to the main housing and is used to open the capsule, and with a mouthpiece (18) through which the dry powder can be inhaled from an opened capsule. The invention is characterized in that the opening means is secured on the mouthpiece, and in that the mouthpiece can be moved, relative to the main housing, from a normal position to a position that opens the capsule.

L'invention concerne un inhalateur (10) de poudre sèche qui présente un boîtier de base (14), un logement (26) pour une capsule de poudre sèche, au moins un moyen d'ouverture (40) en forme de pointeau ou de lame et disposé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport au boîtier de base pour ouvrir la capsule, et une pièce d'embouchure (18) par laquelle la poudre sèche provenant d'une capsule ouverte peut être inhalée.
