In a drying rack for athletic equipment that is both portable and lightweight, it is known to have a central hollow metal cylinder that acts as a hub to the arms of the embodiment which consist of square aluminum tubing. The arms are the components from which athletic equipment is hung to dry. A hole is drilled straight through opposite walls of each arm at the mid point of the length and width of the arm, the hole diameter being the same as the outside diameter of the metal cylindrically shaped hub. This hub is fed through the holes in the arms which are held in place by a threaded sleeve affixed to both ends of the hub. The arms are spread equidistant from each other, each possessing retractable hooks which are disengaged and utilized for hanging equipment. The embodiment may be operated when supported by a pre-manufactured aluminum stand or suspended by an attached wire ring.
