A B S T R A C T DRYING SUBSTANTIALLY SUPERCRITICAL CO2 WITH GLYCEROL In drying supercritical or nearcritical CO2 for use at supercritial conditions, the loss of desiccant, contamination of product, compressor horsepower requirement, and heat requirements can be substantially minimized by using glycerol as the desiccant.
