The invention relates to an implantable surgical ring (1) to be closed on itself for forming a closed loop (2) having an extension medium axis (XX') for tightening a biological organ (3), wherein said ring (1) includes at least first and second annular tightening chambers (12, 13) attached to each other and for containing a filling fluid for tightening said biological organ (3), said first and second tightening chambers being stepped along the extension medium axis (XX'), said ring being characterised in that the first and second tightening chambers (12, 13) include between them a material-free clearance area (20) in which the wall of the biological organ (3) may move without contacting the ring (1) in order to tighten said biological organ (3) at the level of at least two axially-separated contact areas (14A1 14B). The invention can be used for gastric rings.

L'invention concerne un anneau chirurgical implantable (1) destiné à être fermé sur lui-même pour former une boucle close (2) d'axe moyen d'extension (XX') afin d'enserrer un organe biologique (3), ledit anneau (1) comportant au moins une première et une seconde chambre de serrage (12, 13) annulaires attachées l'une à l'autre et destinées à contenir un fluide de remplissage pour assurer le biologique (3), lesdites première et seconde chambres de serrage étant étagées le long de l'axe moyen d'extension (XX'), ledit anneau étant caractérisé en ce que la première et la seconde chambre de serrage (12, 13) présentent entre elles une zone de dégagement (20) vide de matière, dans laquelle la paroi de l'organe biologique (3) peut évoluer sans venir au contact de l'anneau (1), pour assurer le serrage dudit organe biologique (3) au niveau d'au moins deux zones de contact (14A1 14B) séparées axialement Anneaux gastriques.
