ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A disposable dual-chamber syringe wherein an injection needle is secured to the end of an injection cylinder with a first component is located in the cylinder. The injection cylinder is slidably held within a cylindrical housing, a sealed second component chamber is located at the end of the housing and includes a seal member through which may be penetrated by the needle. A cover seals the injection cylinder rear end portion, including a plunger which is slidingly positioned in the injection cylinder, in cooperation with the housing.
