60SI0802 NOVEL DUAL CURE SILICONE COMPOSITIONS Abstract This is provided a method for making curable compositions containing silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms and silicon-bonded olefinic radicals, the improvement comprising adding at least one free radical type photo- initiator and at least one precious metal or precious metal-containing hydrosilation catalyst so that cross- linking is effected by two separate mechanisms. The curable compositions and articles made therefrom are also provided.
