A dual clutch assembly is operable to drivingly couple a first shaft with one or both of second and third shafts. The clutch assembly has a coil housing having a first electromagnetic coil and a second electromagnetic coil. The first shaft is rotatably mounted to the coil housing. The first shaft is fixed for rotation with a first rotor cooperating with the first electromagnetic coil and a second rotor cooperating with the second electromagnetic coil. A first armature plate is elastically coupled to the second shaft to selectively couple and uncouple the first shaft with the second shaft upon energizing and de-energizing the first electromagnetic coil. A second ar-mature plate is elastically coupled to a third shaft to selectively couple and uncouple the first shaft with the third shaft upon energizing and de-energizing the second electromagnetic coil.
La présente invention concerne un double ensemble embrayage pouvant être actionné pour coupler de façon motrice un premier arbre à un arbre ou deux parmi les second et troisième arbres. Lensemble embrayage a un boîtier de bobine ayant une première bobine électromagnétique et une seconde bobine électromagnétique. Le premier arbre est fixé en rotation au boîtier de bobine. Le premier arbre est fixé de façon à tourner avec un premier rotor coopérant avec la première bobine électromagnétique et un second rotor coopérant avec la seconde bobine électromagnétique. Une première plaque darmature est couplée de façon élastique au second arbre pour coupler et découpler au choix le premier arbre par rapport au second arbre en énergisant et désénergisant la première bobine électromagnétique. Une seconde plaque darmature est couplée de façon élastique à un troisième arbre pour coupler et découpler au choix le premier arbre par rapport au troisième arbre en énergisant et désénergisant la seconde bobine électromagnétique.
