DUAL FEED, HORIZONTALLY POLARIZED MICROWAVE OVEN A B S T R A C T A microwave oven providing for the introduction of microwave energy from a magnetron into the oven cavity from each of two opposite walls is disclosed. The oven includes a waveguide and feed box arrangement which allows for optimum power coupling and simplified magnetron impedance matching to provide an oven having both good efficiency and cooking pattern.
