A rigid metal container, implant body, (Fig. I) with various lengths and diameters that can be placed into the human jaw bone and used to replace an extracted human tooth or teeth. The internal aspect of the implant body (Fig. I) has a multi-sided lock (Fig. IV) with circular screw threads cut into its inside diameter. This multi-sided lock and screw threads allow for the place- ment of two different types of prosthetic attachments to individually be placed into the same implant body (Fig. I). A screw-in prosthetic attachment (Fig. II) and/or a custom made press-fit prosthetic attachment with a similar multisided lock (Fig. 111) can be used in the same implant body (Fig. I) to overcome difficult prosthetic paralleling situations.
