A dual-function sliding-plate car has a standing plate, an accommodating tank therein and an electro motor set at rear side of the car. The electro motor set is linked to a rear wheel of the car through a uni-directional bearing such that the rear wheel can be driven forward when the electro motor set outputs power and has free rotation when the car is driven manually.
