A dual-input automatic-switching power supply (20) comprises a primary power input (A), a secondary power input (B) and a power output (22). Included are first and second DPST mechanical relays (K1 and K2) and a third DPDT mechanical relay (K3). A first relay input is connected to the primary power input and a corresponding first relay output is connected to a third input. A second relay input is connected to the secondary power input and a corresponding second relay output is connected to a different third relay input. The third relay output is connected to the power output. The relays in combination provide a relay moving contact gap spacing, source to source, of at least three millimeters. A first under voltage control module (CM1) maintains the first and third relays in states causing the primary power input to be connected to the power output as long as voltage from the primary power input remains above a preestablished primary voltage dropout level.
L'invention concerne une alimentation à commutation automatique et à double entrée (20), qui comprend une entrée de courant primaire (A), une entrée de courant secondaire (B) et une sortie de courant (22). Elle comporte également des premier et deuxième relais mécaniques bipolaires unidirectionnels DPST (K1 et K2) ainsi qu'un troisième relais mécanique bipolaire bidirectionnel DPDT (K3). Une première entrée de relais est connectée à l'entrée de courant primaire et une première sortie de relais correspondante est connectée à une troisième entrée. Une deuxième entrée de relais est connectée à l'entrée de courant secondaire et une deuxième sortie de relais est connectée à une troisième entrée de relais différente. La troisième sortie de relais est connectée à la sortie de courant. Les relais, lorsqu'ils sont combinés, assurent un espacement mobile entre les contacts de relais, source à source, d'au moins trois millimètres. Un premier module de commande sous tension (CM1) maintient les premier et troisième relais dans un état induisant la connexion de l'entrée de courant primaire à la sortie de courant tant que la tension de l'entrée de courant primaire reste supérieure à un niveau de chute de tension primaire préétabli.
