A device 30 for dampening or reducing the torsional and bending vibrations of an engine crankshaft 14 is disclosed. The crankshaft vibration damper 30 has a central hub 32 surrounded by an inner resilient ring member 36 and an outer inertia ring member 34. The resilient member is sized to dampen torsional vibrations. The hub 32 and two ring members 34, 36 are curved radially sufficient to achieve maximum reduction of bending vibrations.
