A combination garden rake and lumpy soil crusher having on one side a series of tines, the ends of which are ground to a point, said tines are parallel to one another and curved towards the handle. On the opposite side, in a back- to-back relation, is a series of varying lengths of aligned metal knobs. The metal aligned knobs, which have a relatively blunt end, are ideal for breaking up dried lumps of soil when preparing a garden for planting of small seeds where fine soil is required.
