The invention concerns a cellular method for identifying substances capable of influencing the activity of a target molecule, the cells to be analyzed bearing at least one reporter gene and the activity of said target molecule affecting cell propagation. Said method consists in contacting at least one cell with the substance to be tested, to detect cell propagation and to detect the activity of the reporter gene product.

L'invention concerne une méthode cellulaire permettant d'identifier des substances capables d'influencer l'activité d'une molécule cible, les cellules à analyser portant au moins un gène rapporteur et l'activité de ladite molécule cible se répercutant sur la multiplication cellulaire. Cette méthode consiste à mettre en contact au moins une cellule avec la substance à tester, à détecter la multiplication cellulaire et à détecter l'activité du produit du gène rapporteur.
