The present invention discloses the dual universal integrated circuit cards(UICC) system for a portable device, the portable device includes a cellular phone or a personal digital assistance. The system comprises a slaver integrated circuit(IC) card having a first integrated circuit(IC). A substrate is carrying for a master integrated circuit(IC) card having a second integrated circuit(IC) and a contact interface. The contact interface is coupled to the first and second integrated circuit(IC). An antenna is coupled to the second integrated circuit(IC) for transmitting information.
