This device is a hand held cleaning device that will be used for spot cleaning surfaces primarily in the automotive industry. It will use an aerosol cleaning agent and propelled water applied through a conical applicator with a foam insert to absorb cleaning solution and diluted surface contaminant. The main components of this device are 2 aerosol cans (one cleaning, one propelled water), a plastic injection molded housing for the 2 cans with 2 independent triggers. A hollow plastic cone with foam insert is attached for placement over the surface contaminant. While pressing down slightly the cone/sponge will form a tight seal on the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning solution in the first aerosol can is activated using trigger one and depressed for approximately 0.5 seconds. Following this, the second can containing water is activated using trigger two and depressed for 3 seconds. All access cleaning solution and debris are absorbed by the foam insert leaving the surface fee of any harmful contaminants. Any access liquid can be wiped off using the foam insert.
