A dummy holder for a newborn baby wherein the dummy (2) comprises a teat (10) and a grip portion (11) with an intermediate ring or collar (15). The holder (1) is made from supple plastic and has at least one oblong opening (5) into which the grip portion (11) may be inserted to removably secure the dummy (2) to the carrier (1), the grip portion (11) being held in the opening (5) by elastic deformation of said opening. The holder (1) is a bulbous hollow body with at least one face (1a) forming a support surface (1).

Support de sucette pour nouveau-né, la- dite sucette (2) comprenant une tétine (10) et un embout de préhension (11) avec une bague ou collerette (15) intermédiaire. Le support (1) est réalisé en un matériau plastique souple et comporte au moins une ouverture oblongue (5) dans laquelle l'embout (11) peut être engagé pour fixer, de façon amovible, la sucette (2) au support (1), l'embout (11) étant retenu dans l'ouverture (5) par déformation élastique de cette ouverture. Le support (1) est un corps creux de forme bombée qui comporte au moins une face (1a) formant une surface d'appui du support (1).
