An integral dump block for use in a dragline bucket that comprises a sheave to movably support a dump line, a central pin rotatably supporting the sheave, and a housing to couple the pin to lift lines. Bearings are disposed within the sheave and each side of the housing for receiving the pin for free rotation. Hoist lines for supporting a dragline bucket are connected to each end of the pin. In this way, moment forces in the hoisting assembly can be substantially eliminated. Further, a number of parts can be eliminated to provide a reduction in weight and height of the hoisting linkage assembly.
La présente invention a pour objet un bloc de renversement intégral pour utilisation avec une benne à traction; le bloc en question comporte une poulie mobile servant à supporter un câble de renversement, un axe central assurant le support et la rotation de la poulie, ainsi qu'un carter permettant le couplage mécanique de l'axe aux câbles de levage. Des roulements sont montés à l'intérieur de la poulie et de chaque côté du carter pour recevoir l'axe de la poulie et en assurer la libre rotation. Des câbles de levage reliés à une benne à traction sont rattachés à chaque extrémité de l'axe de poulie. Cette configuration permet d'éliminer dans une large mesure les moments de force dans le dispositif de levage. En outre, l'élimination d'un certain nombre de pièces contribue à réduire le poids ainsi que la hauteur de la structure de levage.
