It is known that a DVD is covered by plastic and also sometimes "Security Device Enclosed" stickers that are hard to remove. This invention, which fits snugly the side of the DVD, contains a small-sized knife, that delicately and securely cuts the plastic cover and the "security Device Enclosed" stickers, as the consumer slides smoothly the device up and down the side of the DVD.
