A system for synchronous alignment of cathode ray tube (CRT) (108) rasters (12) by application of time variable rotational driver signals to the CRT rotation coil (14) during the trace of the raster. The system may be implemented by either digital of analog means of measuring and storing cathode ray tube (108) raster distortion data as rotational correction factor. The correction factor data is used by device circuitry to generate and apply the required time variable rotation driver signals, to the CRT rotation coil, to effect the desired CRT raster (107) alignment.

Un système d'alignement synchrone de canevas (12) de tube cathodique (CRT)(108) consiste à appliquer des signaux d'attaque rotatifs à variation temporelle à la bobine tournante (14) du tube cathodique pendant la trace du canevas. Le système peut être mis en oeuvre par des moyens soit numériques soit analogiques de mesure et de mémorisation de données de distorsions du canevas d'un tube cathodique (108), sous la forme d'un facteur de correction de rotation. Les données du facteur de correction sont utilisées par un circuit du dispositif afin de générer et d'appliquer les signaux d'attaque de rotation à variation temporelle requis à la bobine tournante du tube cathodique, afin de procéder à l'alignement voulu du canevas (107) du tube cathodique.
