ABSTRACT: In excersizing to enhance muscle strength of the upper body, especially the arms and shoulders. It is well known to use hand held barbells. In this invention, unlike conventional solid barbell, if it is held in hand and moved rapidly in horizontal reciprocating motion, it will increase the force against the direction of the movement of the barbell. Effectively it wil require more muscle power to move in reciprocating motion.
