The invention concerns a method whereby for each network base station each physical channel managed by the dynamic channel assignment (DCA) method is associated with a particular priority index computed on the basis of periodically measured radio parameters relative to communication intervening on this physical channel. For the assignment of a new communication channel, the free and accessible physical channels with the highest priority are given precedence. The priority indices can further be used for the dynamic transfer of current communications towards free and top priority channels, whereby the distribution of the pass band between cells as well the quality of communications is optimised.
Pour chaque station de base de réseau, on associe à chaque canal physique géré par le procédé d'allocation dynamique des canaux (DCA) un index de priorité respectif calculé sur la base des paramètres radio mesurés périodiquement relativement à des communications intervenant sur ce canal physique. Pour l'allocation d'un nouveau canal de communication, les canaux physiques libres et accessibles de plus haute priorité sont privilégiés. Les index de priorité peuvent en outre être utilisés pour transférer dynamiquement des communications en cours vers les canaux libres et de plus haute priorité, ce qui optimise la distribution de la bande passante entre cellules ainsi que la qualité des communications.
