The invention relates to a damping element (1) which dynamically stabilises two bones, in particular two adjacent vertebral bodies comprising: A) a flexible element (20) which is externally coaxial with a longitudinal axis (3) and provided with a first (9) and second (10) ends cutting the longitudinal axis (3) and a coaxial hollow volume (13) which is open towards the first end (9) and closed towards the second end (10) by a frontal wall (14) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis; B) a coaxial connecting element (4, 5) is arranged on each of two ends (9, 10) for fixing the damping element (1) inside an osteosynthetic stabilisation device to both sides thereof, wherein C) an internal flexible element (15) which coaxially penetrates at least partly into said hollow volume (13) is provided and whose front end (17) is oriented towards the second end (10) of the external flexible element (20), and D) a distance X>=0 is axially provided between the front end (17) of a flexible internal element (15) and the frontal wall (14) of the hollow volume (13).
L'invention concerne un élément amortisseur (1) assurant la stabilisation dynamique de deux os, en particulier de deux corps vertébraux voisins, comprenant : A) un élément élastique (20) coaxial extérieurement à un axe longitudinal (3), présentant une première extrémité (9) coupant l'axe longitudinal (3), une seconde extrémité (10) coupant l'axe longitudinal (3) et un volume creux coaxial (13) qui est ouvert à une première extrémité (9) et qui est fermé à la seconde extrémité (10), par une paroi frontale (14) perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal. ; B) un élément de liaison coaxial (4 ; 5) prévu à chacune des deux extrémités (9 ; 10), servant à la fixation, des deux côtés, de l'élément amortisseur (1), à l'intérieur d'un dispositif de stabilisation ostéosynthétique. L'invention est caractérisée (C) en ce qu'il est prévu un élément élastique intérieur (15) pénétrant coaxialement, au moins partiellement, dans le volume creux (13), ledit élément élastique présentant une extrémité avant (17) dirigée à l'encontre de la seconde extrémité (10) de l'élément élastique extérieur (20), et (D) en ce qu'il est prévu une distance X >= 0, axialement, entre l'extrémité avant (17) de l'élément élastique intérieur (15) et la paroi frontale (14) du volume creux (13).
