A heating and cooling system for controlling and regulating the temperature within a building envelope (10) having roof and wall cavities (14) adapted to receive replaceable foam liquid. The interior of the building envelope (10) is maintained at any specific controlled temperature by controlling the temperature of the liquid foam. The temperature of the liquid foam within the roof and wall cavities (14) is sensed and when a change in temperature is detected, a dynamic liquid foam regeneration unit is triggered so as to supply new liquid foam at an appropriate temperature so as to maintain the overall temperature of the liquid foam in the roof and wall cavities (14) substantially constant.

L'invention concerne un système de chauffage et de refroidissement permettant de commander et de réguler la température dans une enveloppe d'immeuble (10) comprenant des cavités (14) de toit et de parois, conçues pour recevoir un liquide mousseux remplaçable. L'intérieur de l'enveloppe d'immeuble (10) est maintenue à une température régulée spécifique quelconque par régulation de la température de la mousse liquide. On détecte la température de la mousse liquide placée dans les cavités (14) du toit et des parois, et lorsqu'on détecte un changement de température, une unité de régénération dynamique de mousse liquide se déclenche de façon à fournir une nouvelle mousse liquide à une température appropriée, ce qui permet de maintenir la température globale de la mousse liquide dans les cavités (14) du toit et des parois sensiblement constante.
