The present application includes systems and methods for identifying a compound capable of interacting with a G-Protein Coupled Receptor (GPCR) or Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (RTK) including providing a device capable of measuring cell-substrate impedance operably connected to an impedance analyzer, adding test cells expressing a GPCR or a RTK to wells of the device, monitoring the impedances of the wells before and after adding a compound of interest, determining the change in the impedance or cell index of a well, comparing the change in impedance or cell index between the compound and the control, and identifying the compound interacts with the GPCR or RTK if the comparison demonstrates a significant difference between the change in impedance or cell index.
La présente invention a trait à des systèmes et des procédés permettant l'identification d'un composé capable d'une interaction avec le récepteur couplé aux protéines G (GPCR) ou le récepteur tyrosine kinase (RTK) comprenant la mise à disposition d'un dispositif capable de mesurer l'impédance de cellule-substrat reliée en fonctionnement à un analyseur d'impédance, l'addition de cellules de test exprimant un récepteur GPCR ou un récepteur RTK aux puits du dispositif, le suivi des impédances des puits avant et après l'addition d'un composé d'intérêt, la détermination du changement en impédance ou indice de cellules d'un puits, la comparaison du changement en impédance ou indice de cellules entre le composé et le groupe témoin, et l'identification du composé comme présentant une interaction avec le récepteur GPCR ou RTK si la comparaison indique une différence significative en impédance ou indice de cellules.
