ABSTRACT In a dynamic programmable logic array with NOR-NOR structure, implemented in C-MOS technology, the blocking circuits which, during precharge, inhibit the passage of data to the AND and OR planes of the array comprise a pair of transistors with complementary channel doping, the first of which controls the passage of signals to the plane, and the second of which inhibits the gates of the plane during precharge.
