It is intended to provide a process for producing (E)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2- thienyl)propenamine represented by the general formula (I): (wherein R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms), characterized by maintaining a solution in which (Z)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2-thienyl)propenamine is dissolved in a solvent at 25~C or lower thereby to deposit crystals and fractionating a crystal with a particle size of 100 ~m or less from the deposited crystals; and a process for producing (E,Z)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2- thienyl)propenamine, characterized by adding a water-insoluble organic solvent to a reaction solution obtained by reacting an alkali metal salt of .beta.-oxo- .beta.-(2-thienyl) propanal with a monoalkylamine compound, adding a seed crystal containing (E)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2-thienyl)propenamine to an organic layer obtained by separation and maintaining the temperature at 25~C or lower.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé servant à produire une (E)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2-thiényl)propénamine représentée par la formule générale (I) : (dans laquelle R représente un groupe alkyle ayant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone), caractérisé en ce qu'on maintient à une température inférieure ou égale à 25°C une solution dans laquelle de la (Z)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2-thiényl)propénamine est dissoute dans un solvant pour de cette manière faire précipiter des cristaux et en ce qu'on sépare les cristaux ayant une taille inférieure ou égale à 100 µm des cristaux précipités ; et un procédé servant à produire une (E,Z)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2-thiényl)propénamine, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute un solvant organique insoluble dans l'eau à une solution de réaction obtenue en faisant réagir un sel de métal alcalin du .beta.-oxo-.beta.-(2-thiényl)propanal avec un composé de monoalkylamine, en ce qu'on ajoute des germes cristallins contenant de la (E)-N-monoalkyl-3-oxo-3-(2-thiényl)propénamine à une phase organique obtenue par séparation et en ce qu'on maintient la température à une valeur inférieure ou égale à 25°C.
