The invention concerns an earring system consisting of an earring (1) and an associated template (2) for optimally adapting the earring (1) to the ear lobe. The earring (1) comprises a U-shaped recess (5) whereof the width (7) is slid from down upwards on the ear lobe (16) to be adorned. The thickness of the ear lobe (16) receives exactly said recess (5) when the lobe is drawn downwards. Instead of adapting the recess (5) directly to the measured thickness, an insert of corresponding thickness can be introduced in said recess. The adequate width (7) is determined by means of a template (2) consisting of a plurality of individual models (3), which models (3) comprise openings (8) with staged cross-sections (12) and tabs (9) whereof the thickness (13) corresponds to the width concerned (7). The measurement of the ear lobe (16) to be adorned once it is drawn by means of the individual gauges (3) enables the determination of the suitable earring (1) among a plurality of earrings provided with U-shaped recesses (5) with different widths (7)
L'invention concerne un système de boucle d'oreille composé d'une boucle d'oreille (1) et d'un gabarit (2) associé pour adapter de façon optimale la boucle d'oreille (1) au lobe de l'oreille. La boucle d'oreille (1) comprend un évidement (5) en forme de U dont la section (7) est glissée du bas vers le haut sur le lobe de l'oreille (16) à parer. L'épaisseur du lobe de l'oreille (16) loge exactement dans cet évidement (5) lorsque le lobe est tiré vers le bas. Au lieu d'adapter l'évidement (5) directement à l'épaisseur mesurée, une garniture d'une épaisseur correspondante peut être insérée dans ledit évidement. La section (7) adéquate est déterminée au moyen d'un gabarit (2) composé d'une pluralité de calibres (3) individuels, lesquels (3) comportent des ouvertures (8) à sections (12) échelonnées et des languettes (9) dont l'épaisseur (13) correspond à la section (7) concernée. La mesure du lobe de l'oreille (16) à parer une fois étiré au moyen des calibres (3) individuels permet de déterminer la boucle d'oreille (1) adéquate parmi une série de boucles d'oreille dotées d'évidements (5) en forme de U de sections (7) diverses.
