Abstract of the Disclosure Title: EAR-RING INSTALLATION APPLIANCE The appliance comprises a flanged sheath and a washer, both moulded of plastic. The washer is an interference fit on the sheath, and after the sheath has been inserted into a person's ear-piercement, the sheath is retained in place by pressing the washer over the sheath. Sheaths and washers are moulded around a central sprue, whereby the moulding resembles a flower, and the moulding is presented for sale in the form of a flower.
