An ear terminal includes a sealing section (2) arranged for use in the ear meatus (3) of a human, with an inner microphone (M2) having a sound inlet (S2) for being directed into the meatus (3); and an electronic unit (11) including filtering elements coupled to the inner microphone (M2) for filtering the signal from the inner microphone (M2), the filtering elements being programmable to transform the signals based on the sounds received in the ear by the inner microphone (M2) into sounds having essentially the characteristics of spoken sounds of the wearer of the ear terminal.

L'invention concerne une oreillette comprenant une section d'étanchéité (2) conçue pour être utilisée dans le méat (3) de l'oreille d'un être humain. Cette oreillette comprend un microphone interne (M2) pourvu d'un orifice d'entrée (S2) des sons conçu pour être dirigé dans le méat (3); une unité électronique (11) comprenant un moyen de filtration relié audit microphone interne permettant de filtrer le signal provenant du microphone interne (M2), lequel moyen de filtration peut être programmé pour transformé, en fonction des sons reçus dans l'oreille par le microphone (M2), les signaux en sons présentant essentiellement les caractéristiques des sons parlés de l'utilisateur de l'oreillette.
